PMEG6010CEJ,115 is a planar schottky barrier rectifier with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a very small and flat lead SOD323F Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. Typical applications include low voltage rectification, high efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch mode power supply, reverse polarity protection, low power consumption applications.
- Very low forward voltage
- Small and flat lead SMD plastic package
- Forward voltage is 210mV typ at IF = 1mA; tp ≤ 300µs; δ ≤ 0.02; pulsed; Tj = 25°C
- Reverse current is 0.8µA typ at VR = 5V; Tj = 25°C
- Diode capacitance is 60pF typ at VR = 1V; f = 1MHz; Tj = 25°C
- Total power dissipation is 350mW max at Tamb ≤ 25°C
- Ambient temperature range from -65 to 150°C
