Product Overview
PMEG4010AESBYL is a low VF MEGA schottky barrier rectifier. It is a planar maximum efficiency general application (MEGA) Schottky barrier rectifier with an integrated guard ring for stress protection in a leadless ultra-small DSN1006-2 (SOD993) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) package. The applications include low voltage rectification, high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch mode power supply, low power consumption applications, ultra high-speed switching, and LED backlight for mobile applications.
- Average forward current is 1A max (δ = 0.5; f = 20KHz; Tsp ≤ 145°C, square wave)
- Reverse voltage is 40V max (Tj=25°C), forward voltage is 145mV typ (IF = 1mA, tp ≤ 300µs, Tj = 25°C)
- Reverse current is 10µA typ (VR = 5V; tp ≤ 3ms; δ ≤ 0.3 ; Tj = 25°C)
- Repetitive peak forward current is 4A max (tp ≤ 1ms, δ ≤ 0.25)
- Non-repetitive peak forward current is 10A max (tp = 8ms; Tj(init) = 25°C; square wave)
- Total power dissipation is 0.525W max (Tamb ≤ 25°C)
- Reverse breakdown voltage is 40V min (IR = 10mA; tp = 300µs; δ = 0.02, Tj = 25°C)
- Diode capacitance is 75pF typ (VR = 1V; f = 1MHz; Tj Cd diode capacitance = 25°C)
