Product Overview
The PMEG2010BELD is a low VF planar maximum efficiency general application (MEGA) Schottky Barrier Rectifier with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. It is encapsulated in a leadless ultra-small surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package with visible and solderable side pads. It is suitable for use in low voltage rectification, high efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch mode power supply, reverse polarity protection, ultra-high-speed switching and low power consumption applications.
