Product Overview
74LVC4066D,118 is a quad bilateral switch. It is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device. It provides four single pole, single-throw analogue switch functions. Each switch has two input/output terminals (nY and nZ) and an active HIGH enable input (nE). When nE is LOW, the analogue switch is turned off. Schmitt-trigger action at the enable inputs makes the circuit tolerant of slower input rise and fall times across the entire VCC range from 1.65V to 5.5V.

- Latch-up performance exceeds 250mA, enable inputs accept voltages upto 5V

- ON resistance (peak) is 195 ohm max at (ISW = 4mA; VCC = 1.65V to 1.95V)
- Propagation delay is 3ns max at (VCC = 1.65V to 1.95V, -40°C to +125°C)
- Enable time is 12.5ns max at (VCC = 1.65V to 1.95V, -40°C to +125°C)
- Disable time is 11.5ns max at (VCC = 1.65V to 1.95V, -40°C to +125°C)
