Product Overview
GJM1555C1H2R4BB01D is a GJM series, high Q, high frequency chip multilayer ceramic capacitor for consumer electronics & industrial equipment. The GJM series is made with copper electrodes as a cost effective solution for low ESR and power consumption due to the high Q (low loss) performance. This capacitor is ideal for temperature compensation of high frequency circuits, such as resonant circuits, tuning circuits, and impedance matching circuits where the operating characteristics of the device are greatly affected by the capacitance fluctuation. Also suitable for handheld and cellular, Bluetooth®, VCO, WLAN, PA modules, wireless modems, RKE, wireless PDAs, antenna tuning and GPS applications.

- 0402 (1005 Metric) capacitor case
- C0G / NP0 dielectric characteristic
- 50V DC voltage rating
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
- High Q and low ESR in VHF, UHF and microwave frequency bands
- Can be used for tight tolerance
- Mainly ideal for mobile communication devices and temperature compensation of related modules
