MPM3551GQWE-AEC1-P

MPM3551GQWE-AEC1-P is a low quiescent current, synchronous step-down module. It is an easy-to-use, fully integrated, synchronous step-down power module with a built-in inductor and power MOSFETs. It can achieve up to 3A of continuous output current (IOUT), with excellent load and line regulation. The wide 3.3V to 36V input voltage (VIN) range and 42V load dump tolerance accommodates a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments. A 1μA (VEN = 0V) shutdown mode quiescent current allows device to be used in battery-powered applications. An open-drain power good (PG) signal indicates whether output is within 94.5% to 105.5% of its nominal voltage. High power conversion efficiency across a wide load range is achieved by scaling down the switching frequency under light-load conditions to reduce the switching and gate driving losses. Applications include automotive infotainment, automotive clusters, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), industrial power systems.
