Product Overview
The Molex 105309-1202 Nano-Fit™ header is a compact and high-performance wire-to-board connector designed for power applications requiring space savings and reliable connectivity. Featuring a 2.5mm pitch and 2 circuits, this vertical through-hole header is part of Molex’s Nano-Fit™ power connector system, providing a small footprint with high current capability. The connector incorporates kinked pins for secure PCB retention and a fully shrouded, polarised design to ensure proper orientation and mating. With gold-over-nickel plated contacts, it delivers excellent conductivity and long-term reliability, supporting up to 6.5A per contact and 300V. Engineered with a durable liquid crystal polymer housing and rated for up to 50 mating cycles, this header is ideal for demanding industrial and power applications. It mates with Nano-Fit™ receptacle housings (105307 series) to form a complete interconnect solution.
