  MCP8021-3315H/9PXVAO is a 3-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motor gate driver with power module, sleep mode, op amps. It contains three integrated half-bridge drivers, capable of driving three external NMOS/NMOS transistor pairs. The three half-bridge driver is capable of delivering a peak output current of 0.5A at 12V for driving high-side and low-side NMOS MOSFET transistors. The driver has shootthrough, overcurrent and short-circuit protection. A sleep mode has been added to achieve a typical “key off” quiescent current of 5µA. It integrates a 3.3V LDO regulator for host and peripheral power, an overtemperature sensor and user-configurable functions. This device adds three independent operational amplifiers for general use. Typical applications are automotive applications like fuel, water, oil pumps, ventilation motors, window lift, trunk openers, sunroof, home appliances, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) control, hobby aircraft, boats, vehicles.
