Product Overview
The Standard series SMD Multilayer Varistor is designed by a glass encapsulated process to ensure high insulation resistance values after reflow soldering and excellent SMT compatibility. This protection ensures reliability and acid resistance against harsh environment like chlorite flux. It is mainly used to reduce transient overvoltage in a very wide range of electronic products.
- Glass encapsulation device with very low leakage current under DC operating conditions
- Device available in 1210 case size
- Bidirectional protection
- Fast turn-on time
- 100% nickel and tin plated termination (hybrid AgPdPt termination available)
- Excellent transient clamping characteristics up to 500A peak current
