TACR105M025XTA is a TAC series TACmicrochip® standard and low profile tantalum microchip capacitor. Application includes hearing aids, non-life support medical, long life miniature designs, industrial and hand-held and wearable applications.

- CV range from 0.10 to 150μF / 2 to 25V, ±20% tolerance
- 1μF capacitance (10V at 85°C), 7V category voltage (10V at 85°C)
- 0.5μA maximum DCL (10V at 85°C), 23mA 100KHz RMS current (10V at 85°C)
- Temperature range from -55°C to +125°C
