Product Overview
The T520V337M2R5ATE025 is a low ESR polymer electrolytic Tantalum Capacitor with 100% matte tin (Sn)-plated termination and 2917 case. The Organic Capacitor (KO-CAP) is a solid electrolytic capacitor with a conductive polymer cathode capable of delivering very low ESR and improved capacitance retention at high frequencies. KO-CAP combines the low ESR of multilayer ceramic, the high capacitance of aluminium electrolytic and the volumetric efficiency of tantalum. Unlike liquid electrolyte-based capacitors, KO-CAP has a very long operational life and high ripple current capabilities. The T520 low ESR polymer electrolytic provides the widest range of voltage, capacitance and case size options in the KO-CAP family. Suitable for general purpose DC applications up to 12.8V, the T520 is ideal for DC-to-DC converters, bulk decoupling and hold-up.
