Product Overview
The T520B476M006ATE070 is a low ESR polymer electrolytic Organic Capacitor with 100% matte tin (Sn)-plated termination and 1411 case. The organic capacitor (KO-CAP) is a solid electrolytic capacitor with a conductive polymer cathode capable of delivering very low ESR and improved capacitance retention at high frequencies. KO-CAP combines the low ESR of multilayer ceramic, the high capacitance of aluminum electrolytic and the volumetric efficiency of tantalum. Unlike liquid electrolyte-based capacitor, KO-CAP has a very long operational life and high ripple current capabilities. It is suitable for general purpose DC applications up to 12.8V, DC-to-DC converters, bulk decoupling and hold-up.
