C0402H101J5GACTU is a high temperature, C0G dielectric, SMD MLCC capacitor. This capacitor is constructed of a robust and proprietary C0G/NP0 BME dielectric system that offers industry-leading performance at extreme temperatures. It is specifically designed to withstand the demands of harsh industrial environments such as down-hole oil exploration and automotive/avionics engine compartment circuitry. High temperature C0G capacitor is temperature compensating and are well suited for resonant circuit applications or those where Q and stability of capacitance characteristics are required. It exhibit no change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage and boast a negligible change in capacitance with reference to ambient temperature. Typical applications include critical timing, tuning, circuits requiring low loss, circuits with pulse, high current, decoupling, bypass, filtering, transient voltage suppression, blocking and energy storage for use in extreme environments.
