Product Overview
CY95F636KPMC-G-UNE2 is a CY95630H series general-purpose, single-chip microcontrollers. In addition to a compact instruction set, the microcontrollers of this series contain a variety of peripheral functions.
- Multiplication and division instructions, 16-bit arithmetic operations
- Capable of clock asynchronous (UART) serial data transfer and clock synchronous serial data transfer
- Multi-pulse generator (MPG) (for DC motor control) x 1 channel
- Capable of clock asynchronous serial data transfer and clock synchronous serial data transfer
- Can be used to wake up the device from different low power consumption (standby) modes
- In standby mode, two further options can be selected: normal standby mode and deep standby mode
- 1-wire serial control, serial writing supported (asynchronous mode)
- Power-on reset: A power-on reset is generated when the power is switched on
- Flash memory security function, protects the content of the flash memory
- 32-pin plastic LQFP package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
