The BTS724G is a 4-channel high-side vertical power MOSFET Switch with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback, monolithically integrated in smart SIPMOS® technology. It provides embedded protection, diagnostic functions and fast demagnetization of inductive loads.
