Product Overview
The BTS452R is a PROFET™ high-side Power Switch with integrated vertical power FET, providing embedded protection and diagnostic functions. It is placed between the supply and load in order to control the application.

- Fast demagnetization of inductive loads
- Reverse battery protection with external resistor
- Open drain diagnostic output for over-temperature and short circuit

- Very low standby current
- 12 or 24V capable
