  • The BSP752R is a 1-output N-channel high-side vertical power FET Switch with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback and monolithically integrated in smart SIPMOS® technology. It is providing embedded protective functions and CMOS compatible input.

    • Reverse battery protection with external resistor
