1EDN7511BXUSA1 is an EiceDRIVER™ single-channel low-side gate driver IC. The pinout meets de-facto industry standards. This is made to drive logic and normal-level MOSFETs like OptiMOS™ and CoolMOS™, and GaN HEMT device. The application includes switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), power factor correction systems, DC-DC power converters, low-voltage drives and power tools, industrial power supply (SMPS, UPS), EV off-board chargers, solar micro-inverters, solar optimizers.
- 4.2V/3.9V UVLO ON/OFF, separated source and sink output configuration
- High level (sourcing) output current is 4.0A typ, low level (sinking) output current is -8.0A typ
- Input to output propagation delay is 19ns typ (CLOAD= 1.8nF, VVDD= 12V)
- 5A reverse current robustness, -10V input voltage robustness
- Qualified for industrial applications according to JEDEC
- Supply voltage range from 4.5 to 20V (min defined by UVLO)
- Input voltage robustness is -10V, 5A reverse current robustness
