The Fischer Elektronik WLFT 404 46 x 46 is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating adhesive foil designed for efficient thermal coupling between electronic components and heatsinks. Manufactured using a polyimide (Kapton® MT) carrier with double-sided pressure-sensitive acrylate adhesive, it provides a secure mounting solution that can eliminate the need for mechanical fasteners. The pre-cut 46mm x 46mm format ensures quick and consistent installation, making it suitable for power semiconductors, LED assemblies, power supplies, and industrial electronic systems. Delivering 0.4W/mK thermal conductivity, 5kV AC dielectric strength, and an operating temperature range of-30°C to +125°C, the WLFT 404 offers reliable thermal management and electrical insulation in demanding applications.
