The Fischer Elektronik WLFT 404 35 x 35 is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating adhesive foil designed to provide efficient heat transfer between electronic components and heatsinks. Manufactured using a polyimide (Kapton® MT) carrier with double-sided pressure-sensitive acrylate adhesive, it offers reliable thermal coupling while eliminating the need for mechanical fasteners. The pre-cut 35mm x 35mm format enables fast, clean installation in a wide range of thermal management applications, including power semiconductors, LED modules, and industrial electronics. With a thermal conductivity of 0.4W/mK, dielectric strength of 5kV AC, and an operating temperature range of-30°C to +125°C, the WLFT 404 provides dependable performance in demanding environments.
