The Fischer Elektronik WLFT 404 23 x 23 is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating adhesive foil designed for securing heat-generating components to heatsinks and other cooling surfaces. Manufactured using a polyimide (Kapton® MT) carrier with pressure-sensitive acrylate adhesive on both sides, it provides reliable thermal transfer while eliminating the need for mechanical fasteners. The pre-cut 23mm x 23mm format enables quick and consistent installation in electronic assemblies, power devices, LEDs, and industrial equipment. With a thermal conductivity of 0.4W/mK, dielectric strength of 5kV AC, and operating temperature range of-30°C to +125°C, it delivers dependable performance in demanding thermal management applications.
