TLV431BH6TA

TLV431BH6TA is a three-terminal, adjustable shunt regulator offering excellent temperature stability and output current handling capability up to 20mA. The output voltage may be set to any chosen voltage between 1.24V and 18V by selection of two external divider resistors. The TLV431 can be used as a replacement for Zener diodes in many applications requiring an improvement in Zener performance.

• Reference voltage is 1.24V typ at VKA=VREF, TA=+25°C

• Off-state current is 0.001µA typ at VKA=18V, VREF=0, IKA=10mA, TA=+25°C
• Dynamic output impedance is 0.25ohm typ at VKA=VREF, f=<1kHz, IK=0.1mA to 15mA
• Operating ambient temperature range from -40 to 125°C
• SOT363 package
• Typical temperature drift is 11mV at -40°C to +125°C
