SBR8M100P5Q-13 is a 8A super barrier rectifier. It has been designed to meet the stringent requirements of automotive applications. It is ideally suited to such as polarity protection diodes, re-circulating diodes, switching diodes, blocking diodes, DC-DC converter, and AC-DC converter. This device is suitable to protect sensitive automotive circuits against surges defined in ISO7637-2, polarity (ISO7637-2 for 24V system).
- Low forward voltage drop
- Excellent high temperature stability
- Soft, fast switching capability
- Patented Super Barrier Rectifier SBR® technology
- Forward voltage drop is 0.72V typical at (IF = 4A, TJ = +25°C)
- Leakage current is 2µA maximum at (VR = 100V, TJ = +25°C)
- Junction capacitance is 245pF typical at (VR = 4V, TJ = +25°C)
- Switching speed tRR is 16ns typical at (IF = 0.5A, IR = 1A, IRR = 0.25A, (RG1))
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +175°C
- PowerDI5 package, automotive qualified
