Product Overview
PI3A3899ZTAEX is a dual double pole double throw (DPDT) CMOS switch. It can be used for low-power audio and dual SIM card applications. Typical applications include cell phones, PDAs, portable instrumentation battery powered, computer peripherals.
- Rail to rail switching throughout signal range
- High ESD performance:8KV for I/O to GND
- Extended industrial temperature range from -40 to 85°C
- Supply voltage range from 1.65 to 4.3V
- On-resistance is 2.2ohm typ at VCC = 2.7V, ICOM = 100mA, VNO or VNC = 1V, 3V and +25°C
- On-resistance flatness is 0.6ohm typ at VCC = 3.0V, ICOM = 100mA, VNO or VNC = 0~ VCC
- Channel-to-channel crosstalk is -100dB typ at VBIAS = 1.5V, VIN = 0dBm, TA= 25°C, 1MHz
- 3dB bandwidth is 330MHz typ at CL = 5pF, 3V and +25°C
- Power supply current is 1μA max at VCC = 4.3V,VIN = 0V or VCC
- 16-pin, 1.8x2.6 (UQFN) package
