- Plastic material has UL flammability classification 94V-0
- Reliable construction utilizing moulded plastic technique
- 600V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage
- 420V maximum RMS voltage
- 2A maximum average forward rectified current at TC =100°C
- 1.1V maximum forward voltage at 2.0A DC
- 25pF typical junction capacitance per element
- 5.0uA maximum DC reverse current at rated blocking voltage at (TJ =25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 150°C, 4-pin KBP package
