The FZT789A is a PNP silicon planar high performance Bipolar Transistor offers -3A maximum continuous current IC (continuous) and -35V collector-base voltage. It is suitable for power MOSFET and IGBT gate driving, low loss power switching, battery powered circuits and fast charge converters.
