B140B-13-F is a surface-mount, schottky barrier rectifier. It is designed to meet the general requirements of commercial applications. It is ideally suited for use as polarity protection diodes, recirculating diodes, and switching diodes.
- Guard ring die construction for transient protection
- Low power loss, high efficiency
- For use in low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, free-wheeling, and polarity protection application
- Forward voltage drop is 0.5V max at IF = 1.0A, TA = +25°C
- Leakage current is 0.5mA max at rated VR, TA = +25°C
- RMS reverse voltage is 28V at TA = +25°C
- Average rectified output current at TT = +130°C is 1A
- SMB package
- Operating and storage temperature range from -65 to +150°C
