Product Overview
VQA3S-S12-D15-S is a 7-pin SIP isolated DC-DC converter designed with IGBT and SiC drivers application. Featuring dual unregulated outputs, an extended temperature range, short circuit protections and high efficiency, this DC-DC converter is best suited to provide a fully isolated gate drive for wind turbine and solar panel applications. Certified by to 62368, UL/cUL, designed to meet 62368, EN/IEC.
- Typical input voltage is 12VDC, output voltage is 15/-2.5VDC
- Maximum output current is ±100mA
- Typical efficiency is 87%
- Reinforced insulation, CMTI <gt/> 200kV/µs
- Typical ultra-low isolation capacitance is 3.5pF, continuous short circuit protection
- 5kVAC isolation test voltage, isolation voltage is 5600VDC (input to output for 1 minute, 1mA max)
- Typical switching frequency is 200KHz (at full load, nominal input)
