Product Overview
TC7SB3157CFU,LF(CT is a high-speed CMOS single 1-of-2 multiplexer/demultiplexer. The low ON resistance of the switch allows connections to be made with minimal propagation delay time. This device is 1 to 2 multiplexer/demultiplexer controlled by the select input (S). The A input is connected to B1 or B2 output based on the selection of Control input (S). All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge.
- Single 1-of-2 multiplexer/demultiplexer
- AEC-Q100 (rev.H) grade 1 qualified
- Supply voltage range from 1.65 to 5.5V
- Switch terminal OFF-capacitance is 5pF typ (VCC = 5.0V, VI/O = 0V, Ta = 25°C)
- Input leakage current is ±1.0µA typical at (VIN = 0 to 5.5V, VCC = 1.65 to 5.5V)
- ON-resistance is 4ohm typ (VIS = 0V, IIS = 30mA, 4.5V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Quiescent supply current is 10µA max (VIN = VCC or GND, IOUT = 0A)
- Input capacitance is 4pF typ (control input, Ta = 25°C)
- Power dissipation is 200mW (Ta = 25°C)
- 6-pin SOT-363 package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
