Demoboard is to demonstrate the performance of the latest 600V CoolMOS™ P7 superjunction MOSFET technology (IPP60R180P7) working at 65KHz in a CCM PFC boost converter along with 2EDN EiceDRIVER™ ICs (2EDN7524F), CoolSiC™ Schottky diode 650V G5 (IDH06G65C5) using analogue control (ICE3PCS01G) and CoolSET™ QR PWM controller (ICE2QR2280Z). Target applications are server power supply, telecom power supply, PC power supply and all SMPS that need a PFC stage.
- Classic PFC working in CCM topology
- 90 to 265VAC input voltage
- 370V to 390V output voltage range
- 10Arms at Vin = 90VAC and Pout max = 800W max peak input current
