HLMP-1540 is a T-1 (3 mm) ultra-bright LED lamp. The non-diffused lamp that out-performs conventional LED lamp. By utilizing new higher higher-intensity material, we achieve superior product performance. Typical applications include lighted switches backlighting front panels, light pipe sources and keyboard indicators.
- Improved brightness
- GaP green colour LED
- Reverse voltage (IR = 100µA) is 5V, transient forward current(10µs pulse) is 500mA
- Peak forward current is 90mA, average forward current is 25mA
- IC compatible/low current capability
- Reliable and rugged
- New sturdy leads
- Operating temperature range from -20°C to 100°C
