The TPSP106M010R2000 is a surface mount Tantalum Capacitor, low ESR series of robust Mn02 solid electrolyte capacitor, 0805 EIA code. Suitable for general medium power DC/DC convertors.
- Capacitance value range from 0.15μF to 1500μF
- Available in ±10% and ±20% tolerance values
- 2.5VDC, 4VDC, 6.3VDC, 10VDC, 16VDC, 20VDC, 25VDC, 35VDC and 50VDC rated voltages available
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C
- Pure tin, tin and gold plating terminations
