CDR31BX102BKSR is a Military/Aerospace – CDR31 series MLCC capacitor with establish reliability for use where high-reliability components are required. It is qualified to Mil-PRF-55681 S- Level. Suitable for military, defence and aerospace applications.
- 1000pF capacitance and ±10% capacitance tolerance
- 0805 (2012 Metric) case size
- 100V voltage rating
- Operating temperature range from -55 to 125°C
- Voltage temperature limits: ±15% without voltage; +15 -25% with rated voltage from -55 to +125°C
- Solder coated final with a minimum of 4 percent lead termination finish
- 0.01% failure rate level
