AS4C4G8D4-62BCN is a 32Gb (4G x 8) dual die DDR4 SDRAM. It uses 16Gb DDR4 SDRAM die (essentially two ranks of the 16Gb DDR4 SDRAM).
- Two ranks (includes dual CS#, ODT, and CKE balls)
- Each rank has 4 groups of 4 internal banks for concurrent operation
- VDD = VDDQ = 1.2V (1.14–1.26V)
- 1.2V VDDQ-terminated I/O
- JEDEC-standard ball-out
- Low-profile package
- Commercial temperature range from 0°C to 95°C
- 1600MHz maximum clock
- 78-ball FBGA package
- Timing – cycle time is 0.625ns at CL = 22
