Product Overview
AT525 COPPER 33M X 50MM is a 35-micron copper foil shielding tape with a non-conducting, thermosetting, solvent-based acrylic adhesive, supplied on a removable silicone release liner. It is suitable for EMI/RFI and static shielding applications. This copper foil tape can be easily soldered and withstands extreme low and high temperatures. AT525 has been tested in accordance with ASTM D-1000 and meets BS EN 60454 – Part 2 test methods (formerly VDE 0340, BS 3924). It has also been tested and meets the flame retardancy requirements of UL 510 (UL guide OANZ 2, File number E 86214 (M)).
- Non-conductive acrylic adhesive, good high and low temperature resistance
- Can be easily soldered, easy unwind
- 0.035mm thickness, 40N/cm breaking load, 0.065mm total thickness
- 4.5N/cm adhesion to steel, 40N/cm tensile strength
- Service temperature range from -20°C to +155°C
