Product Overview
The LP38691DT-3.3/NOPB is a 500mA low dropout CMOS Linear Regulator, stable with ceramic output capacitors. This regulator provides tight output tolerance (2% typical), extremely low dropout voltage (250mV at 500mA load current, VOUT = 5V) and excellent AC performance using ultra-low equivalent series resistance (ESR) ceramic output capacitors. This regulator is available in a fixed output voltage of 3.3V version.
