Product Overview
The LP2985AIM5-1.8/NOPB is a 150mA fixed-output Voltage Regulator designed to provide high performance and low noise in applications requiring output voltages ≤2V. Using an optimized VIP (Vertically Integrated PNP) process, the LP2985 delivers unequalled performance in all specifications critical to battery-powered design. This voltage regulator is stable with output capacitor ESR as low as 5mΩ, which allows the use of ceramic capacitors on the output.
