Product Overview
The LP2982IM5-5.0/NOPB is a 5V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator designed to provide ultra-low dropout and lower noise in battery powered applications. Using an optimized VIP (Vertically integrated PNP) process, the device delivers unequaled performance in all specifications critical to battery-powered designs, the dropout voltage is typically 120mV at 50mA load and 7mV at 1mA load. Ground pin current - typically 375μA at 50mA load and 80μA at 1mA load.
- Requires minimum external components
- <lt/>1μA Quiescent current when shutdown
- Low ground pin current at all loads
- High peak current capability (150mA typical)
- Low ZOUT 0.3Ω (10Hz to 1MHz)
- Green product and no Sb/Br
