Product Overview
The LM3480IM3-3.3/NOPB is a quasi low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator in 3 pin SOT-23 package. It features 30V input voltage and an ensured maximum dropout of 1.2V at 100mA load. The LM3480IM3-3.3/NOPB is intended as tiny alternatives to industry standard LM78Lxx series and similar devices.
- Fixed output voltage is 3.3V
- Minimum load current is 100mA
- Dropout voltage is 900mV at 100mA output current
- 1.2V ensured maximum dropout over full load and temperature ranges
- ±5% ensured output voltage tolerance over full load and temperature ranges
