Product Overview
The CT series SMD Ceramic Multilayer Varistor is a family of transient voltage suppressors. It provides ESD protection in mobile phones and accessories, data bus, control electronics, detectors and sensors, touch screens, plug-in cards, remote controls applications.
- ESD according to IEC 61000-4-2 level 4 (8kV contact, 15kV air discharge)
- Surge current up to 1200A
- Bidirectional protection
- No derating up to 125°C (for case sizes ≥0603)
- Fast response (<lt/>0.5ns)
- CT version suitable for lead-free soldering
- PSpice simulation models available
