CIPOS™ Nano is a family of highly integrated, ultra-compact IPMs for high efficiency appliance and light industrial applications. This includes the rectifier, converter, and inverter stage in power management circuits and motor drives. By implementing an innovative packaging solution, the family offering up to a 60 percent smaller footprint than existing 3 PH motor control power IPMs.
