Product Overview
The ACPL-M21L-000E is a 5Mbaud Low Power Digital Optocoupler. The detector IC has CMOS output stage and optical receiver input stage with built-in Schmitt trigger to provide logic-compatible waveforms, eliminating the need for additional wave-shaping. An internal shield on the optocoupler guarantees common mode transient immunity of 25kV/µs at a common mode voltage of 1000V.
